Keyfort also offer a hosted solution,
which provides market-leading protection through a number of proven
virus scanners. In addition to its own intelligent scanner which uses
advanced analysis of email behaviour to block unwanted emails – enabling
it to stop viruses before conventional scanners have adjusted to the new
threat.
Since it is a hosted solution, there is no installing or updating of
software. Automatic updates keep you safe and unwanted emails are
stopped before they hit your network. This means that potentially
dangerous virus and spam mails are routed to external servers for
quarantine, and thus never enter your system.
A web-based management tool is available which gives you a complete
overview. Not only can you see real-time statistics and reports on the
current spam and virus levels, you can also configure the Service to
suit your company’s security profile, local legislation or personal
preference. Reports can be run on company, group or individual level,
and sent to any number of users within the company. When viruses and
spam are caught, they are automatically routed to the Quarantine Zone.
The Quarantine Zone is hosted off-site on servers, ensuring that viruses
and spam will never reach your network.
