What is included?
Managed Service is available for routers, Internet security appliances/firewalls and servers including email servers purchased through and installed by Keyfort. Managed Service may also be supplied for approved ICT appliances purchased and/or installed by a third party.
• ADSL or SDSL line rental.
• Pro-active remote management of ICT appliance configuration, configuration changes and backups.
• ICT appliance kept up to date with vendor patches and firmware updates.
• Hardware swap out.
• 8x5 Telephone technical support for the ICT appliance.
• Technical documentation to be stored, updated and made available to the Customer.
• The appointment of a named Account Manager by Keyfort to act as a point of contact for the Customer.
• 24x7 monitoring, usage reports and 8x5 technical support desk.
• Managed Service may also include, pre booked ICT Consultancy days at the Client’s sites to undertake ICT related tasks as per an agreed schedule of work.
